Trekking Programme |
|
|
Day 1. Arrived to Kathmandu, welcome to the
airport. Transfer in hotel, hotel 2 stars in the district of
Thamel
Day 2. Departure in bus of Kathmandu (1400m)
for Shanku, historic city on the ancient road of the tibet. Departure
in trek with guide and carrier, for Nagarkot 2100m, one of the
big points of view on chain himalayenne. About 4 hours of march
by trail, of which a good part in light rise. To Nagarkot, big
panoramic view on the Himalayases. To attend the sunset on chain
himalayenne. Night to Nagarkot in lodge.
Day 3. Nagarkot, after raising it on foot of
sun departure of Nagarkot by the road, forests and rice filds,
to arrive to the village of Tukucha and the charming village
of Nala. The hike of 5 to 6 hs of march ends to Banepa or be
the temple of Chandesvari and a temple renovated by the French
help. Night to Dhulikhel in lodge, second spectacular view on
chain himalayenne.
Day 4. Depart from Kathmandu for Panauti (about
1h) by Local bus and trek until Godavari. the path snakes between
rizièreses and different cultures. about 5 have 6 hs of
march. Night in Lodge.
Day 5: Departure in local bus for Chapagaon
and departure in trek by the superb countryside Nepalese with
many traditional villages of the Newar ethnie. Brought up on
the village of Pharping or be an underground cave of Rimpoche
guru that has creates the Tibétain Buddhism to the 6eme
century to Samye in Tibet. he/it made a retirement of several
years to Pharping. night in lodge.
Day 6. Depart form Pharping for Kathmandu by
local bus,
Day 7 Departure early the morning (6h) in
tourist bus for the National Park of Chitwan for a safari to
the hotel Jungle Lodge Adventure. In complete pension of the
arrival to the departure, activitéés includes.

Day 8. Chitwans and activities in the jungle
Day 9. Departure in tourist bus for Pokhara.
Hotel with view on tops and the lake, to 5 minutes on foot of
the lake.
Day 10. Pokhara, rise in taxicab to Sarankot
for the point of view on the Himalayenne chain and coming down
on foot (3h). Following, free.
Day 11. Return to Kathmandu in tourist bus.

the Himalayenne chain, supplement of 71 dollars)
Day 12. Kathmandu, accompanied visit, of Pashupatinath,
high Hindus place, of Swayambunath (Buddhist temple) and of the
ancient royal capital of Patan
Day 13. Free Kathmandu. Transfer airport according
to the hour of the plane. |

in lodge with standard hotel:
Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. Comfortable 2 stars hotel (near center
of Thamel) with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower, All
treks are in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges
(good quality locale food, the meals are not order by each
client in every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the
guide). All the transports (go/back on the places of trek
and during the trek). Accompany by a professional Guide and one
porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2
persons). Trekking permit and reconfirmation of your return plane
ticket.

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
