limited, you can fly remote mountain in Lukla and trek to the
Sherpa capital of Namche Bazaar, the monastery at Tengpoche and
the high yak pasture of Dingboche. This trek provides an overview
of Sherpa culture and excellent views of the high Himalaya and
the top of the world Mt. Everest. |

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, welcome at the
airport and transfer to hotel. (Hotel included)
Day 2:
Free day in Kathmandu.
Hotel included.
Day 3: Early in the morning Fly to Lukla, start
trek to Phakding 2652m.
Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3446m.
Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tengpoche 3870m.
Day 6: Tengpoche to Dingboche 4410m.
Day 7: Dingboche to Phunki Thangka
Day 8:
Phunki Thangka to Chomoa
Day 9: Chomoa to Lukla 2800m.
Day 10: Lukla - Kathmandu by plane 30 min. Return
to same hotel. Hotel included
Day 11: Free day in Kathmandu. Hotel included.
Day 12: Transfer to airport 3h before of your
plane departure time. |

Treks
in lodge:
Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. Comfortable 2 stars hotel (near center
of Thamel) with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower. All
treks are in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges
(good quality locale food, the meals are not order by each
client in every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the
guide). All the transports (go/back on the places of trek
and during the trek).Plane
Kathmandu-Lukla-Kathmandu.
Accompany by a professional Guide and one porter for 2 persons
to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2 persons). Trekking permit
and reconfirmation of your return plane ticket.
Treks

Trekking equipments,
professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |

a free dispensary in the mountains of Helambu in Nepal, and for
