Near of the tibetan
border and of Ganja La pass (5121m) stands up the NAYA KANGA
at 5846m, filled of snow and ice. Ascension is made in one day
from the Base Camp and doesn't contains any particular technical
difficulties, the acclimation trek began by the Langtang and
its super villages, and large verities of landscapes to come
down to the Helambu valley.
Some before arriving to Naya Kanga, ascension of Tsergo Ri 4980m
on one day go and back from Kyangin Gompa. |

D.1. Arrival in KATHMANDU, welcome at airport
by a member of our team and transfer to hotel.
D.2. Kathmandu, free day.
J.3. Departure by local bus (6h) to DUMCHE,
1950M, important village of Tamang ethnic, point of trekking
departure.
D.4. Departure from DUMCHE to the nice village,
SHABRU (2250M), beginning of Langtang, nice view on the LANGTANG
HIMAL.
D.5. Departure of SHABRU to LAMA HOTEL.
D.6. Departure from LAMA HOTEL to the LANGTANG village.

Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. Comfortable 2 stars hotel (near center
of Thamel) with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower. All
treks are in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges
(good quality locale food, the meals are not order by each
client in every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the
guide). All the transports (go/back on the places of trek
and during the trek).Accompany by a professional Guide and one
porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2
persons). Trekking permit and reconfirmation of your return plane
ticket.

professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
