For this trek, trekkers
have to be in good physical condition. One of the best trekking
in Nepal. A trek that starts from Langtang to end up in Helambu
region. Great view of numerous Himalayan peaks and discovery
of the sacred lakes of Gosaikund, an important pilgrimage site.
Crossing of villages of different ethnic groups ( Sherpa, Tamang,
Brahmin, Tibetan) with welcoming and smiling villagers all along
the way. Terraced fields, rhododendrons, orchids, and forests
according to the altitudes. A thoroughly absorbing trek far from
the busy trekking highways. Max Alt.: A STOPOVER AT 4300m (in
GOSAIKUND) AND A PASS AT 4650m (in LAUREBINAYAK). |
