(950m) by Local bus 7h.
D.4 Departure form BESISAHAR for NAGDI -
5 hrs walk-great view of NATTI CHULI (7800m).
D.5 Nagdi for JAGAT (1400m) -6h.
D.6 JAGAT for DHARAPANI (2000m). 6h.
D.7 DHAREPANI for CHAME (2685m)- first Tibetan
village.
D.8 CHAME for PISANG (3200m).
D.9 PISANG for MANANG (3535m), a typical
Tibetan village with monasteries & stupas. View of Annapurna-II

D.10 Rest day at Manang for altitude acclimatize.
D.11 Manang for LEDAR(4250m).
D.12 LEDAR for THORONG PHEDI (4420m).
D.13 THRONG PHEDI for MUKTINATH via the pass
of THORONG-LA (5414m). This day is very difficult because of
violent winds blowing from 8AM in the morning. Therefore, you
need to leave Thorong Phedi at around 4am in the
morning to cross the pass in good time. You need to carry electric
lamps or torch light to walk during the night for 3 hours.

temples.
D.15 MUKTINATH for JOMSOM.
D.16 JOMSOM for KALOPANI.
D.17 KALOPANI for TATOPANI (1200m), site
of natural hot spring.

Treks
in lodge:
Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. Comfortable 2 stars hotel (near center
of Thamel) with breakfast, rooms with double bed/shower. All
treks are in full board. Accommodation and meals in the Lodges
(good quality locale food, the meals are not order by each
client in every lodge, but following the menu proposed by the
guide). All the transports (go/back on the places of trek
and during the trek). Accompany by a professional Guide and one
porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum 20 kg for 2
persons). Trekking permit and reconfirmation of your return plane
ticket.

Trekking equipments,
professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |
