Our agency is working uniquely in
Humanitarian goal. By results of treks, stays, and expeditions,
our humanitarian organisation built 13 years ago one free dispensary
wich served ( 25600 Nepalese in year 05 ) and 3 schools for poors
chidrens in Nepal. In Tibet we provide financial help to a tibetan
orphanage . Each person who set up with our organisation, represent
for us the purchase of medicine or scolarship for poor childrens.

AN-4 Short trek on the foot
hills of Annapurnas, for people having a little hiking experience.
Trek in Lodges. It's one of the best short Trek of Nepal, for
those who want an easy trek and to see the mountains and villages.This
trek pass by the Gurung village . The Gurungs are the famous
warriors of the elite Gurkha battalion of British and Indian
army. The Gurung women wear velvet waistcoats and numerous jewelleries.
You will cross the rhododendron forest and paddy fields with
very beautiful middle mountains of Annapurnas. A very beautiful
short trek that can be done with family and childrens and that
which will show you various facts of Nepal. Minimum altitude
in Pokhara 900m, maximum altitude in Ghandrung at 1951m. 4 to
5 h of walk per day. |

D1. Leaving Kathmandu to Pokhara (919m) by
tourist bus, about 6h, (If you want to go by plane, flying over
the Himalayas, an additional supplement of 76 US dollars per
person) and drive up to Phedi (1346m) (Night in Lodge).

in lodge:
Welcome at the airport,
transfer to hotel/airport. All treks are in full board. Accommodation
and meals in the Lodges (good quality locale food, the meals
are not order by each client in every lodge, but following the
menu proposed by the guide). All the transports (go/back
on the places of trek and during the trek). Accompany by a professional
Guide and one porter for 2 persons to carry your bags (maximum
20 kg for 2 persons). Trekking permit and reconfirmation of your
return plane ticket.

professional Guide, kitchen boy and porters. Lodging under tent,
meals are prepared by cook. |

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |

a free dispensary in the mountains of Helambu in Nepal, and for
