Camping
treks: Camping trek includes
a team of guide, assistant, cook & porters to accompany you.
Porters carry all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal
belongings, and cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers
carry only small bag or what they might need during the day.
we provide dining tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet
tents. |

** In trek the guide is allowed to change
the itinerary, depending of the climate and the physical condition
of participants. each participant who stop his trek or make this
trek more fast , cannot ask any money compensation. |

Food during the
trek:Base
of meals during the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge
for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well
walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way
( hot meal). The guide order the food |

Trek
demanding experience and excellent physical condition, crossing
of 2 passes at more than 5000m. Itinerary studied with a view
for having a good acclimatization to altitude. Certain paths
are not easy but present no noteworthy technical difficulties.
From 4 to 7 hours of walk per day in accordance with the altitude.
This is one of the great treks of Nepal. This region, ancient
Tibetan kingdom, was forbidden until 1990 to tourism, was opened
since, only for limited trekkers in group. |
