Lodge Trekking: The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds . in each lodge, you find a room with water (same
as shower) for bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial
atmosphere permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain
life and to encounter new person every day. It also permits
to be in warm room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season. |

Camping
treks: Camping trek includes
a team of guide, assistant, cook & porters to accompany you.
Porters carry all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal
belongings, and cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers
carry only small bag or what they might need during the day.
we provide dining tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet
tents. |

In trek the guide
is allowed to change the itinerary, depending of the climate
and the physical condition of participants. each participant
who stop his trek or make this trek more fast , cannot ask any
money compensation. |

Food during the trek: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

are used entirely for operating a free dispensary in the mountains
of Helambu in Nepal, and for providing scholarships for the poor

All participant have
to give a copy
of your insurance, with the
address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has
to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness.
In case of your insurance do not accept helicopter rescue, you
have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take engagement that you
will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology
Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this engagement
, you cannot participate at the trek. |

good physical condition. One of the best varied approach of Nepal.
A trek that starts from Langtang to end up in the Helambus. Views
of numerous Himalayan peaks and discovery of the sacred lakes
of Gosaikund, an important pilgrimage site. Crossing of villages
of different ethnic groups ( Sherpa, Tamang, Brahmin, Tibetan)
with welcoming and smiling villagers all along the way. Terraced
fields, rhododendrons, orchids, and forests according to the
altitudes. A thoroughly absorbing trek far from the busy trekking
