Camping
treks: Camping trek includes
a team of guide, assistant, cook & porters to accompany you.
Porters carry all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal
belongings, and cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers
carry only small bag or what they might need during the day.
we provide dining tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet
tents. |

Lodge Trekking: The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds . in each lodge, you find a room with water (same
as shower) for bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial
atmosphere permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain
life and to encounter new person every day. It also permits
to be in warm room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season. |

Food during the trek:
Base
of meals during the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge
for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well
walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way
( hot meal). The guide order the food |

Trekking
program: ** In trek the guide is allowed to change the itinerary,
depending of the climate and the physical condition of participants.
each participant who stop his trek or make this trek more fast
, cannot ask any money compensation. |
