D.1 Arrival in Kathmandu. Reception at the
airport and transfer to the hotel.
D.2 Kathmandu. Morning, visit of PASHUPATINATH
a Hindu pilgrimage site, SWAYAMBUNATH ( often known as Monkey
Temple) and Tibetan Stuppa of BODNATH, Buddhist pilgrimage site.
Return back to same hotel in Kathmandu.
D.3. Kathmandu. Morning, sightseeing of PATAN
the mediaeval royal capital and in the afternoon visit of Bhaktapur,
ancient royal capital. Return back to same hotel in Kathmandu
D.4 Departure from Kathmandu to National
park of Chitwan by tourist bus. (6/7 hours on bus. One stop on
the way for lunch, food on the way not included). Afternoon visit
to National Park.
D.5. Visit in National park Chitwan.
D.6 . Visit in National park Chitwan with
professional guide.
D.7. Early in Morning Departure form Chitwan
to POKHARA by local or tourist bus which is available 6h. Hotel
near the lake.
D.8. Pokhara , 2 hours of boating on the lake
.
D.9. Pokhara Free day. From Pokhara, you can
see Annapurna 3, and Machapuchare. You can go to visit different
temples and monuments of Pokhara by yourself.
D 10. Departure from Pokhara by plane to Kathmandu
following the all Himalayan chain. Arrive in Kathmandu, free
day.
D.11.
Departure morning to
Nagarkot by tourist or local bus, night in Nagarkot, morning
sunrise on Himalaya chain.
D.12. Departure from Nagarkot to Kathmandu
by tourist or local bus, afternoon free.

TREK UNDER TENT: Camping trek includes a team of guide,
assistant, cook & porters to accompany you. Porters carry
all trekking gears, food, fuel, & personal belongings, and
cook and assistants prepares hot meals. Trekkers carry only small
bag or what they might need during the day. we provide dining
tents, sleeping tents, mattress and toilet tents. |

TREK IN LODGE. The lodges are simple mountain shelters,
providing meals (very good local food) and simple rooms with
2 or 4 beds (Only in Ledhar and Phedi, it is a common dormitory).
In each lodge, you find a room with water (same as shower) for
bath. The treks in lodge pass in a very convivial atmosphere
permitting to have a closer look of Nepalese mountain life and
to encounter new person every day. It also permits to be in warm
room (kitchen and restaurant room) in cold season… |

FOOD DURING
TREK: Base of meals during
the trek are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast).
all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek
the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide
order the food |

Note: All participants have to give a copy
of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance
company. This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in
case of accident or sickness. In case of your insurance don't
cover helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu
and make agreement that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses
paid by Nepal Ecology Treks for your helicopter rescue or research.
Without this agreement, you cannot participate in trek.
** In
trek the guide is allowed
to change the itinerary, depending of the weather, climate and
the physical condition of participants. Each participant who
stop his trek or make this trek more-fast cannot ask any money
compensation to the agency. |

a free dispensary in the mountains of Helambu in Nepal, and for
